You may choose to pick up your Club order at either of the Carlson Vineyards Tasting Rooms and save on the shipping fees.
Additional Details:
You must receive a minimum of four (4) club orders before Wine Club cancellation can occur. We have a $20 early cancellation fee per unfulfilled club order.
If cancellation is to occur, it needs to be done with a 30 day written notice to wineclub@carlsonvineyards.com and must be done at least 30 days prior to the next quarterly wine club order (March, May, September or November).
There will be default selections our employees will recommend for every Club Order (March, May, September, and November). For each Club order, you have the choice to keep the default selections or adjust them to the wines you would prefer. This change must be made for each Club order prior to the deadline date, which is 2-3 days prior to Club processing. If these changes are not made prior to processing, you will receive the defaulted choices as your Club order with no exceptions.
Sales taxes, where applicable depending on shipping state, will be added at the time of processing.
For shipping Club orders, a signature from the recipient (person of legal age of 21 years old) will be obtained at the time of delivery.
UPS Ground rate shipping cost based on weight and shipping zone.
A $45 restocking fee will be applied for returned UPS shipments.
