We decided to buy this wine based on our experiences with Carlson Vineyards. For a fruit forward wine, it is not real sweet. The tartness of the cherries used balances out the sweetness of the peach and apricot. I would categorize this wine as a semisweet or slightly dry wine. The color is unique, casting an orange tinge. Our first sampling was with a spaghetti dinner. It complemented the meal nicely; a spicy and fruity mix. I believe this wine would be good with chocolate or on a hot summer day or anytime you want something light, fruity, but not super sweet.

I was skeptical because I don't like super sweet wine, but it was a pleasant surprise! A nice, fun wine to enjoy 🍷
