Members must ship to an address in a state that allows shipments from us (see list of approved states): Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida (only approved zip codes), Minnesota, Missouri, Oregon, Texas, Wisconsin and District of Columbia.
Members must have a valid VISA, AMEX, or Mastercard on file to receive club orders.
*While there is no cost to join and no annual membership fee, your card will be charged for each subsequent club selection in advance of shipping your order or release for pick-up.
Club shipments require an adult signature at the time of delivery. For this reason, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box and strongly recommend shipping to your work address if no one is available to sign at your home.
Charges vary for each shipment depending on sales tax and wine selection.
Membership is ongoing and may be canceled with a written notice via email at firstname.lastname@example.org once the club order minimum requirement has been fulfilled. With the CV3 wine club, there is a minimum purchase of 4 club orders with a three-bottle minimum spread throughout the year. With the CV12 membership, a minimum of 2 club orders with a 12-bottle minimum spread throughout the year. Requests for cancellation of membership must be made 10 days prior to club order processing.
Early cancellation of your Wine Club membership before the minimum requirement will result in an early cancellation fee of $20 per unfulfilled wine club order.
With advance and written notice, members may request to skip one shipment per year. Membership holds longer than 6 months may result in cancellation.

Wine Club benefits are non-transferable. One membership per person.
Shipped orders cannot be re-routed or adjusted once it has left our facility. Changes cannot be made to shipping orders once we have processed. We can allow for one skipped order per calendar year. We can allow for one club order cancellation per calendar year upon written request and approval. There is a $25 restocking fee for returned wine club orders that members do not wish to have resent.
It is your obligation to update account information before the beginning of a shipment month. Misdirected shipments and delivery difficulties may result in additional shipping charges.
Tasting Room Pick-Up Members:
Pick-up club members are notified one month in advance of each pick-up by email.
Members must retrieve their club wines within a month of release at the specified tasting room location.
Club wines are charged one week before the pick-up period begins. Members will be notified by email once a club order has been processed.
Limited bottling wines are on a first-come, first-served basis. Members who request pick-up as the option for their order have 45 days from processing to retrieve their club wines from the specified pick-up location. After the pick-up grace period has ended, substitutions may result for your preferred bottle selection and a $25 restocking fee.
Members should notify the tasting room staff in advance when friends or family are picking up for them.
Club wines are carefully selected by our winery staff, but if you would prefer to customize your selection you may do so by logging onto our website at carlsonvineyards.com or upon your visit to either tasting room location prior to Wine Club processing.
