Exodus is back with a vengeance in its newest vintage. This time, the 100% Blaufränkisch (also known as Lemberger) wine was fermented on skins for a month, then aged in barrels one year before selecting our favorite blend for an easy-drinking table wine.
Exodus is produced in partnership with Bin 707 Foodbar under the High Desert Wine Lab label, and is the house red wine for Bin707 and Taco Party.

Tasting Notes
On the nose, there's raspberry and a hint of oak. Red plum cuts through a dry, medium body, well-balanced acidity and tannins, and a light white pepper finish.

Very enjoyable red. Goes great with a steak off the grill. Smooth, not sweet but not super dry. Just right.
